Four Month Package

  • Regular support and check-ins as you work to achieve your goals

One Year Package

  • Twelve sessions

  • Wellness self-assessment

  • Identifying health and wellness goals and steps to achieve them

  • Monthly sessions of support, accountability to goals, and guided goal revision as needed
